• Photo IDs and upgraded tribal cards for Native American tribes.

• Addendum documents: 1) a fully legal in-state learner’s permit with photo, 2) a fully valid in-state non-driver ID with photo, or 3) a temporary driver’s license with photo are all acceptable. You may be asked to produce further identification while delivering one of these three papers.

Keep the following in mind:

• Several states are presently issuing digital ID documents (also • known as mobile driver’s licenses or mobile IDs).
